  • I requested a refund but haven’t received anything yet.

    • Refund processing time differs depending on the payment method. It usually takes 3 business days.
      If it has not been processed within a week, please contact the WAUG Customer Support.
  • How do I request for a refund?

    • Please check the refund policy of the purchased product to see if it is refundable.
      If the product is refundable, please contact the WAUG Customer Support at +82 07043535959 and we will process the refund.
  • I'd like a refund after making a payment.

    • Please check the cancellation and refund policy of the purchased product first. Most of the date-specified tickets with the buyer's name are not refundable.
      However, for open tickets or tours, refunds are available, so it's a good idea to check the refund policy for your pre-purchased products.
